Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TITN app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using TITN, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who can use TITN

You must be at least 13 years old to use TITN. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. One account is for one person; don't share it.

3. Not medical advice

TITN provides training programs, nutrition tracking, and AI-generated coaching suggestions for general fitness and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or qualified professional. Training and dietary changes carry inherent risk. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. You use the Service at your own risk.

4. AI features

TITN's AI Nutrition Coach generates estimates and suggested target adjustments based on the data available to it. These outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete, and you remain in control — suggested changes only take effect when you approve them. Don't rely on AI output as a sole basis for health decisions.

5. Subscriptions and billing

TITN Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store. Any free trial and the subscription price, billing period, and terms are shown at the point of purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage and cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Deleting your TITN account does not by itself cancel an App Store subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reverse-engineering or interfering with the app, attempting to access other users' data, scraping or overloading our systems, or using the Service for anything unlawful.

7. Your content

You own the content you create in TITN, such as your logs and progress photos. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you (for example, syncing your data and generating coaching results). We don't claim ownership of your content and we don't use it to advertise.

8. Intellectual property

TITN, including its software, design, programs, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to our trademarks or content beyond using the app as intended.

9. Termination

You can stop using TITN and delete your account at any time from our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result or estimate is accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TITN and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or for personal injury arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tennessee for any dispute that isn't subject to arbitration or small-claims court.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
