Use this page to permanently delete your TITN account and everything saved to our database. You can also do this in the app — but if you no longer have it installed, sign in below and we'll erase your data right away.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, goals, and settings
• All workouts, logged sets, and assigned programs
• All cardio sessions and metrics
• All nutrition logs, saved meals, and targets
• Body-weight history and trends
• Progress photos and your profile photo
• AI Nutrition Coach history and suggestions
• Any connected Oura tokens and synced data
• Your login itself

Heads up about subscriptions: TITN Pro is billed by Apple. Deleting your account here does not cancel an active subscription. To stop future charges, also cancel in your iPhone's Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
